The Yearling measures 57cm to the top of elf wings. It is a retired figurine.
It is an unusual name for the figurine, relating to the yearling (ie one year old) dragon at the foot of the pillar.
There is no official name for the elf - but this was quite common for figurines released around that time, which were often named for the scene they portrayed.
